Is That a Cost of Living Bump?

If you're in a company that doesn't seem to promote within very well, it might behove you to be like, ok, well, i'm a level one. I can go test into a level to somewhere else whereas if i just stay at this company, it's going to be two years before they put me up for a level to promotion,. So that's promotion though. But i'm saying, like, just ray's alone, period.
