Fox and Dominion's Terms of Settlement

The settlement is a lot of money. I can see if them hesitating to take 10 million or maybe even 100 million, but at some point it's an easy call. The Fox statement says, we acknowledge the court's rulings finding certain claims about Dominion to be false. That's not precisely an admission, is it? It's absolutely not an admission. And that's not very surprising. You know, actual admissions of wrongdoing as part of a settlement are very rare. Expect the final settlement to be maybe 30, 40, 50 pages full of incomprehensible lawyer boilerplate and really densely written.
