The Future of Protein Innovation Houses

I imagine not very far down the pipeline there's going to be sort of like protein innovation houses because everything's a startup now that will try and create a non-animal based milk simulacrum. There are already startups who are making synthetic milk from something called precision fermentation it's bio identical to regular milk.
