The Bible Teaches That There Is but One God
Mormons believe there is an infinite number of gods that are created one after another. The Old and New Testaments concur that this is the God of Israel. One of my favorite verses when talking to Mormons about this is Isaiah 43 10 where it explicitly says before me, note God was formed,. nor shall there be any after me.
