The fifth point starts with b just like bruce. And the word is breath, breath. Just bring yourself down a little bit. Be it inhale through your nose, if you can. If you're not comfortable with that, no worries at all. Just take in a breath, hold it slightly and let it out. Let's do this together. You've survivedi've survived. We've survived this period of time together. And you've given me a gift, the gift of listening to my podcast. I appreciate it because i appreciate being able to connect with other humans.
