The free offer that you create, the lead generation, if you want to apply this to e-commerce, it's really going to come down into your messaging. Are you attracting that person who is going to be interested in your product? One of our clients sells high ticket and they're like one of the more expensive of hammock stands. They're going after a certain person who would be interested in that. Most of the time it comes down to the messaging and the actual free offer itself or what you're using to bring people in. That's the third thing it can be. The fourth thing is your actual offer itself isn't what people want.
