Is Intermittent Fasting Good for Your Metabolism?

Intermittent fasting is very protective of our metabolism in many ways because we're well fueled during the fast. Some people get stuck and they feel like, like, I can't go past, you know, whatever that hour is for you. But if they just would push through that, give it 10 minutes, 15 minutes max, set a timer, get busy and do something and then see what happens. And there are times when I will feel a little hungry. The one thing that I did that I didn't realize in the beginning was going right to the clean fast. That made perfect sense.
