Do You Need to Have a Five Year Plan?

i think it connects back to our conversation about the experience that i really need is going to be managing a team, ye. I actually did an assessment rape before i became named leader, and the only piece of feedback that i received was that i needed to be better at giving feedback to staff. And so what i'm saying to you is, see if you can get the experiences that will start teaching you how to manage that scale. Because that is very different then having to give feedback to one individual team member, or to work with a small team. You know, it's that tenfold, twentyfold, thirtyfold,.
