Today I’m talking all about the excuses we use to stop ourselves moving forward. I don’t know how and I can’t is a choice. I used to be addicted to believing that everything I needed in order to bust through was outside of me. But really I was too afraid to move forward. I didn't want to do the hard work. I didn't want to leave my shit friends behind because they were familiar. I didn’t know who I was without my anxiety. It’s possible to break out of being stuck in the life we tolerate but don’t love. And a lot of times that starts with just one nice word to yourself, or saying a prayer, or asking for help. I hope today’s quickie serves as a reminder or way for you to be able to get back to the heart-centered reason of WHY you’re working on your dreams.
