"Most of its language most of it's just your automatic in either internal dialogue or actual vocal dialogue that happens as a reaction to that," he says. "If we would just remove a little bit of that you'd be surprised at what can actually happen for you and how quick yeah quick dude." He adds: "I'm a big believer in it there's not a human being on this planet they could talk me out of it could convince me it wasn't like a really real thing"
