Elon musk is developing something called neurolink. It's a chip which goes into the brain. Do you see something like neuro link, or augmentation of the human brain, ever changing or consciousness and what we consider to be conscious? Well, it's going to depend on what we mean by consciousness, becausei it could change our access consciousness.
