Amby intends to put us asleep, but not allow us to get into those deep levels of sleep where a lot of the restorative a benefits come from. A point i wanted to make is that these kinds of last resort things really, i don't think, should be tried until we do all the various life style things that get us into a more natural harmony with how we evolve to sleep. Ind lots of times people that are struggling with sleep can't check off that list. Ah, there's an inertia here. So if it's been a long time since you've been in that kind of rhythm, it can take a couple of weeks for your body to kind of reset.
