There's a certain amount of ritual and routine built into the life that I, that I, at least my theory on this is that a lot of that provides you sort of like the regularity where you can kind of touch stone. You have these scheduled times where you're going to go to work. And so the rest of your life could be chaotic or, you know, you need, you need boundaries and structures so that you can go wild and kind of go out on a limb.
