You Don't Need Reserves in a Non Debt Based Monetary System.

A goldback system can be many different kinds of systems. But at a minimum, it's one where you have a very high percentage of gold as the reserve. You don't need reserves in a non debt based system. The Romans proved that 2000 years ago. We can't do that today.
