The Court's Approach to the Relationship Between Congress and Administrative Agencies

We expect the deference that courts have long given to administrative agencies will be put before the US Supreme Court in short order. Every justice on the court was concerned with the text of the statute and ascertaining what Congress had actually given the agencies. So I think that's indicative of really important shift in the way that courts are approaching the relationship between Congress and the agencies.
