A lot of my supervisees are not as consciously aware, going in, of needing to address diversity and context and culture at every point in the process. I find myself needing to point them to resources that more stage on the stage, right? The third one is relationships, just building relationships. And this one, I will say, I tend to be a more guide on the side.
