How Do You Set Up a Group?
I think people do well when they're informed at a time, you know, so that when I talk about the purpose of the group, how we begin to norm to create no group norms. We want sort of slow terms. And people to be as well informed as possible when they're coming in the groups. So how we set up that container and how we ease into those, those changes, those terms,. Those requests helps people's system feel safer and helps maintain that relationship with a facilitator.
