Do You Eat Around Your Circadian Rhythms?

Eating around your circatian rhythms is very theoretical at this point. I just know that i haven't been able to find research, like on our flexible diving study,. And did they gain fat? They control for everything. So that's why i think it's more theoretical. Based on my experience, if i had to make the bet right now, im a bet against that theory. But maybe there is some validity in some of the assumptions. I don't know.
