How to Make the Transition to a Project Management Position

This summer I'll be making the transition into that work. It's a position that works between all of those three areas and allows us to make more connections between budget, strategy, and eventually some conversations we're going to be having around metrics at our campus. The fall is going to be pretty chaotic and I'm probably going to share in some upcoming episodes about how I'm managing this transition. My portfolio is doubled in size so I started to get really granular about tracking my projects at work.
