I think it comes back down to one of the things that I've realized for myself is this this glorification in the west of, you know, the big experiences. And so unconsciously, semi consciously people would kind of either exaggerate or seek them out. But now 20 years on, I see that our organization especially is a lot more on the down low on those kinds of things and a lot more hate. It's really who are you? Who is the experience or of those things? Yeah.

Arjuna Ishaya is a monk, author, and meditation teacher. He started his career as an outdoor instructor in New Zealand in 2001 until he discovered meditation, and for the past 20 years, he has traveled the world teaching meditation as a tool to gain peace of mind and live a better life.

In 2018, he published his first book, "200% – An Instruction Manual for Living Fully"

Now based in North Yorkshire, UK, he currently works as a mentor, taking his vast experience and understanding of the mind to work directly with individuals looking to start or deepen their practice of meditation, awareness, and mindfulness so they can live a richer life free of doubt, fear, overwhelm, and limitation.
