This is probably going to require the votes of a lot of Democrats to get it through the House. Like all the Republicans are not going to vote for it. So it's going to be a bipartisan catastrophe. The Democrats will not be able to point to this and blame anyone because they did it too. Yes, I do too. That's extremely depressing.
