Is There a Repetitive Bad Effect?
There's almost, I'm going to use a neuromuscular term. There's almost a repeated bad effect, right? That you have to kind of like do that intervention, not frequently, as you mentioned earlier, but a few times. And then you're gauging the improvement by the athletes' response. It first time, I hated things. I wanted to throw these things immediately in the trash. Second run, I didn't react as negatively. The type of reflection from a repeated standpoint is an important part of it. As you said, to see if the intervention is actually having some sort of positive effect. Yeah, I think so.
