Structure Is a Key to Successful Interprintership
Not every job opportunity in a company is even publicized, which is what i usually call the inertia pray. You can only see when yhou're inside the company. Theres maybe some that like heavy mounts of structure, but i think most are somewhere in between. And they take the steps to kind of create that structure or create that space for themselves.
