Is International Law Relevant?
International court found vladimir dent guilty, at least preliminarily, of war crimes related to targeting civilians in ukraine. So what are we supposed to think about international law at this point? Yes, international law is relevant only to the extent that is enforceable. And it's enforceable only to the ent that somebody has the will to enforce it. The united states self polices in a large, to a large degree, on its adherents to international law.
