The Importance of Resistance Training

If we're not activating those nerve growth factors, let's say. If someone only has three times a week for 45 minutes, I would actually say a hundred percent of that should be strength training. Building muscles is very energetically expensive for the body to do. So it will get rid of it if there's no need for it. And then once you get into the rhythm of doing 3 times a week, then if you are working with me, I'm going to find another 45 minute session somewhere.
