Is Meditation a Real Blocker?
I'm always I've always wanted to be a person at meditating and I just I have phases where I've been all right but for some reason it's a real blocker do you have you actively practiced it and got better at it? So yeah like I didn't think there is such a thing as like that person because I was really like oh Ijust can't do it it's not for me. Then I started about 10 years ago doing transcendental meditation and that removes the basically it's not you have to empty your mindYou actually are given a mantra that's kind of like divine for you and then in the meditations you just repeat that word that mantra in your head
