Obama had run sort of with ero bad war, bush's war, and afghanistan good war. The difficulty was, once he got into afghanistan, well, what do you do about it? At the beginning, the military convinced him, what you need to rectify the situation. It did restore government control, likein the helmond,. in in condaa, places in the south. But one of the great difficulties is it's very difficult to do a counter insurgency campaign if you don't have a good partner government.
