I'm Sorry to Hear About the Outcome in This Patient, but It Was an Incredible Exercise

The case was an incredible exercise, but i think if i did it con topsy rabia, for some reason my mind just focused on the nausea. If i said repeated vomiting or frequent vomiting, then it would have triggered me to be like, wat could he have had borhovs in a perforation? I am very confident that just by virtue of consuming this content, not because this content is super special, but by dedicating yourself to the point where you're taking 30, forty, five minutes our time to practise cases, you are doing your patients a service.
