How to Track Poor Requests on GitHub
GitHub doesn't have any good location data other than what people write in their description. How many countries do you see poor requests coming from? I have no idea. One way we could do that is using time zones, perhaps. If someone doesn't say where they are, if you look at the time zone that they posted their tweet from,. You can kind of approximate at least what segment of the world they're from and get records your time zone when you commit things.
