As a softwer developer, i think it's very unlikely that yeuo be using the exact same set of libraries and tools from two projects in a row. The basic properties of stainless steel has never changed and will never change. So at no point do you have to have all these specialized skill sets tied down on one single project. With the idea and the hope that you can share es skill sets, kind of renting people out to project initiatives and trying to do much more, many, many more things in parallel.
