What Has Action Fraud Done to Sue?
Sue received nine letters back in August. A few days later she received 52 all on the same day. She rang action fraud, they gave her a crime reference number and told her to set up an account online so that it wouldn't happen again. Action fraud have not taken any further action against Sue since then. There is thousands of pounds worth of goods being stolen with use of Sue's name and address.
