How to Analyze Your Worry
The buddha uses the same pattern. You analyze your problem, make a decision and take action. This also creates a lot of worry. The next technique for analyzing worry i mentioned reminds me of the buddhas method. It's just to ask three, i'm sorry, four questions. And number four, take action. I'd say 80 % of your worry will disappear when you finally just start,. Then you're actually doing the business. Now you're going to be less worried and more focused on action.
