As they drive past this one spot in the road, the road shifts. It like drops down like a to a staircase below. The same thing happens in on the road in front of them. But then we go back to Nora's point of view and she's looking out the back windows of the van. She looks up to the front seat of the van and they start getting further and further away. And so she's now alone in this long dark hallway and her friends are like getting further and closer together.
