The Importance of Support for Addicts

A friend of mine's husband was a crazy alcoholic and a drug addict. She managed it until they had kids, then he wasn't always acting responsibly around them. And so she just realized that she had to call time, so she did. If I had had other considerations like that, maybe I'd have done it differently. We're perhaps more familiar with the type of support available for people who are suffering from the disease itself. And perhaps the support for those around is as important.
