Some people might not be ready for group work, and that's kind of you were hinting at that a little bit. A lot of our suffering came from the primordial split into duality. When we're in that group container, it's a very common experience where people feel unbelievably connected to one another. It creates this environment where it very much helps people on their own journey. And there can often be something comforting about knowing that there's some one else there.
