Do You Know When You're Adding Carbs?

When we say front load we mean your adding carbs earlier in the week so if it's a Saturday show you might start as early as Monday and start increasing carbs. A backload would be basically Friday yeah or two days before kind of building from like Tuesday Wednesday. If I didn't have time to test things out even with a backload I oftentimes like to test it because you have less room for air. You should not be going in blind your last week and hoping it works how does one do that is it just like an IV of honey.
