I like how you've sort of brought to this conversation this idea of framing reflection in a positive way as well. Not just thinking about what has gone wrong and how to fix it but thinking about what had gone well and celebrating it because we learn from that too. I'm thinking of implementing a public sort of like shout out board kind of thing as a way of giving students a chance to share what things have benefited them to be able to give other students ideas. At least for me whenever people ask me open-ended questions I just freeze and I go blank someone asked me what is my favorite ice cream so same thing with reflection or your processes in class when I ask students in their
