The Importance of Social Reproduction
Some billionaires are basically building bunkers in places like New Zealand to try and avoid the aluminum apocalypse. But you don't need to have that amount of money to build a smaller scale bunker as things are going, especially during the pandemic. During the pandemic, for example, when all of us were more isolated than we used to be, our lives moved online. In some sense, you could also relate to the strategies of social reproduction as well, which in some sense means transforming as much as possible of your income into wealth.
