At the heart of this book is what we call and it sounds a bit fluffy, but it isn't at all. We call that dual awareness and dual awareness means you need to become aware of the circumstances that you're in and also aware of what it means for you. So by going through the protocol, you become more aware of moments of stress also when it happens. And sometimes we feel stressed in situations that absolutely may not be stressful at all, but it is something that we do because we interpret the situation as such. Sometimes we become aware that indeed this is a situation that requires a pause. That's what is needed. Okay. Well, so then I guess that's the paradox
