Is the Disease Inducing Central Apnea?

The treatment emergent sleep apnea was actually described in the 70s by white men. The question is, are we inducing? Is the diseaseinducing it? Or has it always been there and we're not seeing it? So kind of three different pathways. But at the end of the day, it's there. We need to be cautious and not over treating it.
