For me it was as we were starting this that cohort off yeah my dad you know my dad had heart failure so I was like I remember like dropping a note into you guys saying I'm not gonna be on the opening session because he was in ICU. So when I went out onto the medicine walk on the Sunday your question at the time was was all around how to navigate these for me dark times darkness challenging times which has fundamentally been a question I've been caring for a long long time but with some roots actually.
