Our spiritual and physical reality is one thing really together. And our physical problems affect us spiritually as well. So yes, we don't make a need cleavage between the physical and the spiritual. We know they affect one another. Right, because it's all they're all part of both constituent parts of the human. In fact, saying calling them both is almost kind of a dualistic expression of what it means to be a human.
