Build a Web Browser in Dart and Flutter?

I think it would be interesting to see what it would look like if we built a web browser in flutter. That kind of boutique project, it would never match the performance profile or something of Chrome. And that's fine. I mean, obviously the shell would be the most interesting part but those are getting smaller and smaller by the day. It shouldn't be too hard to do. The only tricky bit is all with parsing HTML and displaying it in the CSS and theJavaScript.
