Lavrov said the Americans are not agreement capable. I think that would be about the best that the West could do. Look what's happened to Dmitry Medvedev, who was supposedly an Atlantis. The bricks are now making noises again about coming back and doing a basket currency. But more than anything, they can be a platform for conversations about how to build more resiliency away from the dollar.
