Rriht: Community is not about big numbers. You can have this sense of community with a couple of other people in your life. What it requires, i think, hunter is a kind of intentionality about how you want to hold or conduct those relationships. We now have 300 facilitators all over this country and around the world teaching this way of being together in smaller circles to people. They're 11 years from 35 to forty six years of age. The ground rule that we are going to follow as we explore this issue is no fixing, no saving, no advising and no correcting each other. That block us from forming deeper relationships with each other where we are truly known to each other
