The Importance of Rest and Recuperation
New York is amazing as always, but it has taken a toll on me. Maybe I just don't have the stamina for all this anymore. We had a really great event at Stout on Saturday afternoon and then went down to Oh Hanlon's where I DJed until about 3am. Got back to the hotel and got up again pretty much straight away to go back to OhHanlon's and watch the game with all the Arsenal fans there. It's been good hanging out with the Arsenal Vision Boys with Elliott and Clive and Paul and from Arsenal NYC here. So it's a shame you couldn't make it,. But I think we represented you as well as we could by drinking as much
