Did Frank Jones Pay Someone Else to Kill an Entire Family?
In 19 16, during the republican election, which frank jones was going to be going for re election, he dropped the bomb of who he thought did the deed at jones's direction. James wilkerson said it was a man named william mansfield. He also believed that mansfield was responsible for more killings that were similar to the vellisca murders in Illinois. A grand jury finally investigated these claims and found no evidence linking them to one another. After being released from prison on bail, Mansfield killed his own family with an axe before committing suicide.
