Transformative Self-Healing Therapy
One potential approach to psychotherapy that combines elements of various existing approaches could be called holistic cognitive therapy. It would focus on addressing the individual's overall well-being rather than just treating specific symptoms or problems. By adopting a transformative self-healing approach the person would be able to tap into their inner power and take control of their own well-being, ultimately achieving greater happiness, fulfillment and success in their life. The therapist would support the person every step of the way providing guidance, encouragement and accountability to help them achieve their goals.
