In 2016, you started a series of assignments focused on innovation. Can you talk about what innovation meant in this context and what the role of Softworks was? Definitely. When I left the Naval Postgraduate School, I was actually involved with the Air Force Agency for Modeling and Simulation in Orlando. And they said Softworks was established as an adjacent innovation hub to drive agile mechanisms for innovation for Special Operations. So how can we innovate smarter, faster, get the teams what they need both in the technology space or acquisition space?"
