Face Book's Antitrust Case
A forty eight states and the f t c all went in on this, a case against face book to argue that they have stifled competition and hurt consumers result of it. They're looking at as whether they were anti competitive, whether they were just trying to buy all the competition and and maintain their competitive position in that way. The company started by asking a federal, federal court to dismiss the case. But apparently the f t cs response will come in april. This is her to last for years, because e was te dismissal, which both parties are probably hoping won't happen.
